Clearvision has successfully completed a luminaire installation as part of the Deutsche Bank Pinners Hall refurbishment project.
Pinners Hall is situated on Old Broad Street in the heart of the City of London. As part of the newly renovated office space, Clearvision has provided a variant of the Spirit luminaire – a 600x600mm recessed luminaire that was adapted to suit an SAS130 ceiling.
The spirit luminaire is a high efficiency luminaire that creates a uniformly lit environment, its optic allowing for wide spacings and minimal glare. It is an attractive and minimalist product with no visible fixings or joins, the Spirit luminaire is characterised with class leading energy performance using the latest LED technology from Philips and/or Tridonic and its range of diffusers make it a versatile product that will compliment almost any space.
The luminaire was specified by Troup Bywater and Anders, installed by Bradgate and the main contractor was Overbury for whom Clearvision has completed other works with as part of the Morgan Sindall preferred supplier partnership.
The Clearvision Spirit luminaire was selected on its high efficiency, quality of build and aesthetics.
The Spirit is a high efficiency luminaire with large luminous surface area, suitable for neutral spaces with clean lines. It creates a uniform environment allowing for wide spacings and adding value to LG7 compliant schemes. The Spirit is an attractive minimalist product with no visible fixings, meaning it complements the space it is situated in. L90 @ 50,000 hours. SDCM>3. CRI>80 (CRI>90 available on request).
